There are so many occasions and instances that we find ourselves in stressful situations. Our bodies can be affected by so many diseases because of stress. If stress is left on its own it can cause havoc in your life. Anytime you are in a stressful situation, your thoughts are turbulent. During stress your mind is at dis-ease and this means that your mind is not at ease and you don’t have your best thoughts and your actions are not at their best. During the stressful situations the dis-ease in your mind causes diseases in the body. If three people are affected by stress one of them is at a very high risk of getting cancer. There are so many people who are affected by cancer these days compared to the past despite the new technology. These days, we are all aware of living healthy lives, exercising regularly, and taking supplements yet we are affected with cancer. The main reason why people are suffering from cancer these days is stress.
It is important to note that stress is a disease of the mind and when it is attached to the body it will filter through over time. Most of the drugs that are being taken and purchased are anti-depressant. stress is one of the killer diseases in this planet. The body is left weak as a result of stress and it exposes it to other diseases.When the body is stressed it releases adrenaline. This is a reaction known as fight or flight response and it was introduced so that people will defend themselves from stress. With the response, you get an instant burst of energy which is healthy and necessary when needed.
Being stressed continually means that we can be a heightened state for hours and for days as well. This will affect greatly the body of the stressed person. Any time you are stressed you are not at ease and this means that things are not easy. When one is at peace the mind is relaxed and things become easy. Whenever you are at peace your thoughts are in a better position and these leads to better action of your body thus getting better results. Whenever your mind is filled with poor thought this leads to poor actions thus poor results. It is important you learn to deal with anxiety and stress otherwise it is going to consume you. Once you have learned how to deal with it, you will remain calm, relaxed, and you will be able to focus on all situations.
